The hotel is situated perfectly, with everything close by, such as restaurants and shopping centers. Our room was clean and tidy, and the staff were accommodating. The outdoor pool and fitness center provided great leisure facilities, and the view from our window was amazing.
The breakfast selection was lacking.

The location of this hotel is crucial! It’s situated in a perfect spot with easy access to everything we wanted to do during our city break. We also enjoyed the option of using the outdoor pool and the on-site laundry which helped us travel light. The staff was amazing and provided us with great customer service.
Even though the continental breakfast was not bad, it was quite basic and nothing special. Additionally, the traffic noise from the nearby road was a bit loud and distracting at times.

Great amenities and convenience. During my New Year holiday, I found some great amenities at the hotel, including a fitness center that really impressed me. The location of the hotel was also fantastic, as it was within walking distance to a lot of great shops and restaurants. Additionally, the hotel offered complimentary breakfast that was really filling and had a great selection of food.
Unpleasant smell and poor maintenance. While there were some great aspects to the hotel, I was disappointed with the room I was assigned to, which had a really unpleasant smell, despite being clean. The maintenance of the hotel seemed to be lacking, as there were a few issues with the room that needed to be addressed. For instance, the shower lacked some basic essentials, and the A/C was really slow in warming up the room.

Everyone who works in the hotel is amicable and accommodating. The location is comfy, 1 mile from it' z Pasadena. It's in the pretty nice area next to shops, Houston and the airport which is another bonus.

We enjoyed our romantic escape in this hotel. The complementary wine and chocolates were a lovely gesture, and the free parking was also very convenient. The hotel location was great, just a short walk from many restaurants and shops.
We encountered a few issues during our stay. The noise level was quite high, especially during the night, and the walls seemed thin. Also, the breakfast options were limited, with just a few pastries and coffee available. the hotel was decent, but it could have been better.
